微軟在十月的時候搶先發表了 Edge 瀏覽器 App 的預告，在雙平台（Android、iOS）都有；而就在今天，Edge 正式登上 App Store 以及 Google Play 平台開放給用戶下載，但目前台灣用戶尚未開放，軟體也還不支援繁體中文。iPhone 用戶只要搭載 iOS 9 以上版本皆可使用。
作為 iOS 上的瀏覽器 App，其實各家的差異都不算太大；Edge 的特色是可以無縫跨設備銜接內容、優化的介面、隱私模式讓瀏覽數據不會與電腦同步等等；另外像是閱讀器、密碼、暗色調主題等等。
